Throughout her 25 years in education, Dr. Kovach has earned over $100,000.00 in grants and awards. These grants have afforded her students and school new technologies, a life skills kitchen, a sensory room, social-emotional learning areas and programs, and STEM integration.

After receiving her B.S. in special education and elementary education from Kutztown University, Danielle earned her first master’s degree in special education from East Stroudsburg University, followed by a second master’s degree in educational technology from New Jersey City University. In 2017, she completed her doctorate in special education from Walden University.

Dr. Kovach was named the 2011 New Jersey State Teacher of the Year, the 2011 Sussex County Teacher of the Year, and the 2011 Hopatcong Teacher of the Year.
