The Sports Management Advisory Board is comprised of a “Who’s Who in Sports.” This group of sport industry professionals provide expert advice on our curriculum. The board also offers internship and practicum opportunities.
The board contributes to our vision of achieving excellence in undergraduate’s sports business education.
Prior to starting his company, Cohn served for eleven years with the NBA, most recently as the NBA’s Vice President of Team Ticket Sales in the NBA’s Team Marketing Business Operations Group.
As Vice President, Recruiting, Mark Gress Jr. brings more than a dozen years of experience in the sports industry. He initially joined Prodigy Sports in early 2015 as Director, Recruiting before being promoted in 2016.
Jennifer Heppel was appointed as the League's fifth Executive Director on June 8, 2015 and officially took over her duties on August 1, 2015. She comes to the Patriot League after working the past five years as an associate commissioner at the Big Ten Conference.
Fred is entering his second season with the Jets after being names the Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales and Premium revenue, Strategy and Development in April Prior to joining the Jets, Mangione spent the last 18 years with the Brooklyn Nets organization, most recently as the Chief of Staff at Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment.
Patrick has been with the Somerset Patriots since 1998. He began as the Director of Marketing and was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2000. Patrick took over the position of General Manager during the 2002 season. Prior to joining the Patriots, he worked for the New Jersey Nets.
Elisa Padilla is an award-winning marketer with a diverse background in sports and entertainment. Experienced in high stakes efforts with high visibility brands, she specializes in strategic marketing that directly affects the bottom line.
Jaime is in charge of all business aspects for the 2nd Division club, which plays their games out of MSU Soccer Park on the campus of Montclair State University.
