The Science Internship Program is designed to offer Biology and Environmental Science research opportunities for undergraduate students of Centenary University as they learn to apply classroom knowledge to the real world and transition from the university environment into the workplace.
Science internships are a unique way for students to gain hands-on life experience in science fields and gain a more thorough understanding of their options available post-graduation.
Internships are available to science students after the completion of 40 college credits and they must have a GPA of 2.5. Internships can be completed for 2, 4, or 6 credit hours.
All science majors are required to complete a 50 hour internship as part of the capstone BIO 4100 Biology Senior Seminar Course.
