This program is available for those who enlist in the U.S. Armed Forces.  Under Chapter 30, active duty members enroll and pay $100 per month for 12 months and are then entitled to receive a monthly education benefit once they have completed a minimum service obligation.  Benefits under this program are generally payable for 10 years following release from active duty. • Copy of the Application for VA Education Benefits VA Form 22-1990
• Copy of DD214
• Copy of Certificate of Eligibility (COE), which outlines entitlement and is generated by submitting the 22-1990 to VA

Transfer Students

Please submit the following forms to our office:

• Copy of Request for Change of Program or Place of Training VA Form 22-1995
• Copy of DD214 (Member-4)
• Copy of the Certificate of Eligibility (COE), which outlines entitlement
