Fresh Start Welcomes First-Year Students to Centenary University

Centenary University’s Class of 2022 arrived on campus recently for Fresh Start, the University’s overnight summer orientation program for incoming students. The 160 new Cyclones who attended met classmates and participated in fun activities on campus during the annual event, which helps new students to become acclimated to college life.

Fresh Start provides first-year students with opportunities to learn more about life as a Centenary student, including information about campus resources—such as academic support programs, student activities and career development—that will guide them toward earning their Centenary degree. The event also includes a separate track for parents to find out what to expect when their student begins classes.
