11pm-9am are Quiet hours.

During Quiet hours it is expected that unnecessary noise does not occur.

24 hour courtesy hours are in effect in all halls all year long. Courtesy hours allow students the ability to study in the comfort of their room without disruption. A students right to study will trump a students right to socialize.
