The Office of Institutional Research (OIRA) at Centenary University is the curator of institutional data.
Institutional Research is research conducted about an institution of higher education to provide information which supports instructional planning, policy formation, and decision-making. Assessment represents the process of systematically and regularly collecting and interpreting empirical evidence to determine program and institutional effectiveness.
To support the mission of the University, the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment is responsible for the following:
- Data Management and Analytics
- External Reporting
- Internal Reporting and Research
- Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness
- Education and Training to support effective use of Institutional Research and Assessment Data
