Consult a librarian, search our catalogue, study our subject guides, and utilize library databases.
Taylor Memorial Library's staff is dedicated to helping the Centenary community excel in research and education. It offers an impressive collection of books, online databases, research volumes, industry journals and periodicals.
Students, faculty and staff can make appointments by following this link or calling (908) 852-1400 ext. 2345. If you come to the library without an appointment, you will need to call us from outside the building to schedule an appointment and find out if we are below capacity and can allow you to enter.
When you come into the Library, you will need to check in since we must be aware of the number of people in the building at all times. Some areas, such as the Quiet Area Stacks, will be closed off for safety purposes. Staff members will pull any items you request. There will be a staff member stationed by the printer to assist with printing.
Writing utensils, staplers, hole-punchers, rulers, white-out, tape, etc., will not be available to borrow.
Students, faculty and staff must make specific appointments to:
- use a computer for printing (10 minute-long appointments)
- use a computer for research (55 minute-long appointments)
- use the Library for studying (1 hr 55 minute-long appointments)
- schedule a ‘curbside’ pickup (5 minute-long appointments)
- have a digital research consultation (30 minute-long appointments)
