I am a senior Sports Management major at Centenary University. With the internships I’ve done, I’ve had the chance to network with a lot of people from the industry by attending conferences and ultimately bettering my chance of getting a job.

It made a lot of sense because Centenary provided $700 for students to be able to do research and go to conferences. There I got a chance to meet a lot of people in the sales department. I got a chance to meet the Portland Trailblazers, the Cleveland Browns, and other teams from the sports industry. I got a chance to network with them and interview with them.

I got a couple of offers and ultimately I decided to choose the Portland Trailblazers, so on June 6^th I’ll be starting my first day.
