Acceptable Payment Methods:
Payment may be made using any combination of the payment methods listed below:
Cash, Check or Credit Card – Centenary University accepts Visa, MasterCard, and DiscoverCard. Payments made by Credit/Debit card will incur a 2.65% service fee. Payments and application fees may be made by logging into your self-service portal; click on “Student Finance”, then “Make a Payment”.
Financial Aid – Financial aid should be in place before the payment deadline. Students can view their financial aid awards online by signing into their my.Centenary account and clicking on the “Financial Aid” box. Students should contact the Financial Aid Office with questions about their awards at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tuition Payment Plan – A monthly tuition payment plan option for traditional full-time undergraduate students taking 12 or more credits is available in partnership with Nelnet Campus Commerce. For information or to enroll in the plan, please visit mycollegepaymentplan.

Employer Direct Payment (Part-time and Graduate Students only) – A letter of credit (LOC), such as from EdAssist, is submitted to the Student Accounts Office prior to the start of the term.
Employer Reimbursement Deferred Program (Part-Time and Graduate Students only) – Must submit proof from manager/Human Resources department on company letterhead, that employer offers a tuition reimbursement program AND a deferred payment promissory note with a valid credit card prior to the start of the term.
