June 2, 2022 Annual Scholarship Event - CU at the Stables

Each year Centenary University spends more than $2M to provide student scholarship support. The Annual Scholarship Reception helps to raise critical unrestricted scholarships to fund students who may not otherwise be able to bridge the gap between tuition and financial aid.

This year we are proud to be honoring Octavia Brown, with the Gold Dome award.

Founder of the Therapeutic Riding At Centenary (TRAC) Program, Octavia launched this important program at Centenary over 25 years ago. TRAC facilitates beneficial interactions between horses and humans and provides training and education to developing professionals in the field of Equine-Assisted Education and Therapy (EAAT). The therapy team and students in the TRAC program serve children and adults ages 5-90, including those with special needs, and we also offer a special program specifically for Veterans.

This year our event will be IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL.
