The mission of the Office of Career Development and Community Engagement focuses on helping students and alumni build the skills required to succeed in their chosen career. 98% of Centenarians, compared to a national rate of 69%, begin their career or enroll in graduate school within 9 months of graduation with 82% of graduates are employed in a career related to their field of study. Centenary focuses on holistic student development, from the moment students step foot on campus. Through our skills-based programming and offerings, Centenarians are equipped to thrive professionally and personally after commencement.
