This webpage is designed to provide employment paperwork and information to hired student employees of Centenary University. 

Please complete the forms below after receiving an offer from a campus office and submit them via email to Human Resources at  susan.dunham@centenaryuniversity.edu.  Please be sure to have your Student Employment Contract signed by the Financial Aid Department before submitting to HR.

If this is your first time as a student employee/work-study, please complete and return ALL of the forms below and submit them to Human Resources at susan.dunham@centenaryuniversity.edu. You will also need to provide an electronic copy of your I-9 documentation (scanned or photographed) when submitting your forms.

If you are a returning student employee/work-study, please complete just the Student Employment Contract, email to Financial Aid for approval and then to Human Resources at susan.dunham@centenaryuniversity.edu.
