This webpage is designed to provide employment paperwork and information to hired student employees of Centenary University.
After receiving a job offer from a campus office, please do the following:
If you are a RETURNING student employee/work-study:
Step 1 – Complete the Student Employment Contract below.
Step 2 – Email your completed Student Employment Contract, a copy of your class schedule, and your Financial Aid award letter (if applicable) to the Financial Aid Office at finaid@centenaryuniversity.edu.
Step 3 – After the Financial Aid Office completes their section of the Student Employment Contract, please submit only the Student Employment Contract to Human Resources at charlene.vorse@centenaryuniversity.edu.
>> Please note that Human Resources cannot accept an incomplete Student Employment Contract. Please make sure that the Student, Supervisor, and Financial Aid sections of the form are completed before submitting to HR. <<
If you are a NEW (first time) student employee/work-study:
Step 1 – Complete ALL of the forms below.
Step 2 – After completing the Student Employment Contract, email it to the Financial Aid Office at finaid@centenaryuniversity.edu, along with a copy of your class schedule, and your Financial Aid award letter (if applicable).
Step 3 – Submit ALL completed paperwork to Human Resources at charlene.vorse@centenaryuniversity.edu. Please be sure to have your Student Employment Contract completed by the Financial Aid Office before submitting it to HR. Also, please be sure to submit an electronic copy of your I-9 documentation (scanned or photographed) when submitting all of your completed forms to HR. See “I-9 List of Acceptable Documents” below.

Your paperwork will not be accepted unless you include ALL required documents. If ALL required documents are not submitted together to Human Resources, this will delay the start of your student employment/work-study position.
