Centenary University has space in its eight residence halls for over 700 students. Our residence halls range from a 48 to a 130-bed capacity.

In accordance with New Jersey state law, all residence halls are designated as smoke-free buildings. All residence rooms have installed sprinklers.

Each hall has its own unique features — from traditional double student rooms with community bathrooms, to single rooms in traditional halls, to apartment-style living with single bedrooms.

Residence Life is committed to providing accessibility for all of our students, so we are in the process of revisiting our bathroom signs (courtesy of SmartSign.com)

Furnishings in each room include:

  • Extra-long twin size bed
  • Desk
  • Desk chair
  • Chest of drawers

No linens are provided. Residents need to bring sheets, pillows, bedspreads, blankets, towels, and toiletries.

All room dimensions provided here are rounded to the nearest half-inch. Some window or floor areas may be slightly smaller or larger. We encourage residents to measure before they decorate!
