Completing your FAFSA is a first step to applying for financial aid. In many cases, there may be additional documents or forms that our office requires in order to complete your financial aid application and ensure that you are eligible for your award.
Below you will find forms which may be required in order to complete your financial aid process. You can review the documents that our office has received as well as documents that remain outstanding on my.Centenary. If you received a letter or email identifying documents missing from your aid application, please download the appropriate forms and submit them to the Financial Aid Office.
Important: Please only submit forms that have been requested. All forms received by our office must be reviewed and the submission of unrequested documents may slow down the processing of your financial aid.
Centenary will submit changes to your FAFSA if corrections need to be made. You will be notified of all changes to your award. Aid may be increased, remain the same, or be decreased as a result of this process. Additional aid is not guaranteed.
The list below contains the forms for 2023-2024.
