Whether you are starting graduate school for the first time or transferring from another college, our admissions procedures are the same. We allow you to pursue your advanced degree quickly and easily — GREs and GMATs are not required for admission to most of our graduate programs.

A graduate counselor is available to meet with you at any point prior to your enrollment. Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis, and students often find they can begin their graduate studies faster than they had imagined.

Graduate Application Requirements

Centenary University requires all prospective students to complete an application and submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. We look at indicators such as past academic performance, work experience and other life experiences to determine success in graduate studies.

• Be sure to check our University Catalog for other admissions requirements in your specific academic program.

Transferring from another university?

Graduate students may be able to receive transfer credit for graduate coursework done at another institution. There is a maximum number of credits Centenary will accept, depending on your degree program.

Courses must meet the following criteria:

• Courses were taken within the last ten years.
• You earned a grade of “B-” or better.
• The course content is equivalent to that of the Centenary course it is replacing.
