Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science

Study nutrition across the lifespan while preparing for wellness, community health, or dietetics pathways.

Some majors, minors, concentrations, and courses are offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. Instruction is provided by faculty employed by partner institutions, and academic oversight remains with Centenary University. Students register through and receive academic credit from Centenary University.
