Honor society members demonstrate excellence in the study of biology or related life sciences, achieving at least a 3.0 grade point average 
 
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ, March 7, 2025—Centenary University recently inducted 10 students into the Omega Rho Chapter of Beta Beta Beta, the national biology honor society. Also referred to as Tri Beta, the honor society requires members to have at least a 3.0 grade point average and complete 12 or more credits in biology or related life sciences.
          
“Centenary University members of Tri Beta, the national biology honor society, excel in the classroom and in our community promoting the field of biology,” said Assistant Professor of Biology Yeon Lang Cha, Ph.D., the advisor of Tri Beta. “The University is proud to recognize the newest inductees of Tri Beta and looks forward to the leadership they will provide on our campus.”
