The fully online sessions, which can be completed in 30 to 45 days, are offered through the University’s new Human Performance Center, featuring an extensive menu of courses for high school and college students, athletes, coaches, parents, veterans, and professionals.

Hairston started his training career in the United States Naval Special Warfare Command as a communicator and trainer of communications for Navy SEALs, as well as members of the Central Intelligence Agency, Drug Enforcement Administration, and other elite groups. After 11 years of active military service, Hairston spent eight years working as a master trainer with Anthony Robbins, one of the most famous performance coaches in the world.
