Careers at Centenary

Centenary University, founded in 1867, is a vibrant, growing, applied liberal arts University and one of the fastest-growing universities in New Jersey. We are located in scenic Northwest New Jersey, about 50 miles from New York City, and 20 miles from the Delaware Water Gap.

Centenary University enrolls approximately 1,100 undergraduate students and a nearly equal number of adult and graduate students at our main campus in Hackettstown, the equestrian center, and the Parsippany campus. Centenary offers 24 Bachelor’s Degree programs with 31 distinct concentrations, 3 Associate Degree programs, 10 Education Certification Programs, 20 minors and a Certificate program in Social Media Marketing. Centenary offers traditional Master’s degree programs in Business Administration, Counseling, Clinical Counseling, Educational Leadership, Educational Practice, Instructional Leadership, Leadership and Public Administration, School Counseling, and Special Education. Our doctoral program in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) is approved by the New Jersey Department of Education to grant School Administrator Certification.

Eligibility

Accessing Inaccessible Offices/Personnel

If a student, staff, or faculty member needs assistance from the Human Resources Department and cannot access the office, he/she should call the person with whom they need to meet to make alternate arrangements. Human Resources staff will meet the person in the Front Parlours of the Seay building or arrange for a private meeting in an available and accessible conference room.
