Centenary’s Balanced Scorecard Prototype
(Institutional Effectiveness Design Team, Spring 2017)
The Annual Progress Scorecard is a strategic way for Centenary’s academic programs and campus units to maintain momentum after their 5-year comprehensive review, or begin the strategic design and assessment process. In Spring 2017 the open forum, “Focusing, Tracking, Learning… Achieving Results”, kicked off the prototyping period. Workshops and work sessions are forthcoming in May – August 2017. As well, the Learning Outcomes Assessment Committee (LOAC) and Campus Unit Assessment Committee (CUAC) will join as support teams for this learning process.
