The Centenary Facilities Department uses a work order tracking system called School Dude, that assists the Housekeeping, Maintenance and Grounds Department in keeping track of their activities on campus. The items that are covered are: painting, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, miscellaneous repairs and supplies. All non-emergency maintenance requests must be entered into School Dude.

Once you have submitted your work request, the work order is assigned to the appropriate facilities area and processed in a timely manner. Click here to submit a Maintenance Request.

If you are a first time user of School Dude, follow the prompt for “Register Here”. Once you have registered and logged into School Dude, follow the step by step guide to enter your maintenance request. The submittal password requested in Step 6 is: CU123. You must enter this password to complete the work order submission.

To request replacement for sanitizing wipes, face masks, gloves, or hand sanitizer, go to Step 3 and select Supplies. In Step 4, write in the item you are requesting and follow the additional steps to complete your request. Remember to enter the submittal password CU123 in step 6 to complete your request.
