CSC’s Young Audience Series is dedicated to the mission of bringing live theatre experiences and hands-on workshops to young people, in order to help foster skills in creative problem solving, critical thinking, collaboration, empathy and communication—skills which create a capacity to innovate, and which are essential for succeeding in our modern world. Centenary Theatre majors and alums perform on the Centenary University campus and tour the tri state region as paid performers presenting musical works and adaptations of children’s books appropriate for K-4th grade. Shows have included such titles Give A Mouse a Cookie, Year of Frog and Toad, Miss Nelson is Missing and School House Rock.
