Centenary University is proud of the benefits we provide to our employees. The Human Resources Department strives to provide an enhanced benefits package that meets the needs of a diverse population. We continually review our offerings and look for feedback from the community in order to have our benefits reflect the ever changing needs of our faculty and staff. The University provides a comprehensive suite of rich benefits with generous cost-sharing between the employee and the University.
The Centenary University Benefits Program Provides:
- University sponsored benefit choices for you to select based on your needs and the needs of your family
- A professionally staffed employee benefit advocate
- University provided benefits (at no cost to you), e.g., Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week over 12 months are eligible to participate in the Centenary University benefit plans. In addition, full-time 9-month Faculty members, as well as full-time 10-month Resident Directors and full-time 10-month Coaches are benefit eligible.
The Centenary University plan is designed to acknowledge that our workforce is indeed diverse. Our program’s flexibility recognizes its diversity as it encourages each employee to design their own benefits plan based on their individual needs.
